Hi! My name is Paul Barvincak and I am a young professional from Louisville Kentucky. For the past 4 years, I have been passionate about helping students succeed academically in higher education by developing independent thinking skills and building confidence. In December 2020, I furthered my dream of working a college environment by earning a Master of Arts Degree in Higher Education Administration.

As a Program Coordinator for Skills Collaborative within the College of Education & Human Development at the University of Louisville, I have began a career that allows me to help develop students holistically during their time in college through grants such as Veterans Accelerated Learning for Licensed Occupations (VALLO) and the Master Educator Course (MEC).
