University of Louisville’s Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Database

Transitioning service members and veterans can use the University of Louisville’s Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) database to search for a course by keyword, military occupational specialty (MOS) code, the course number ID, service branch and job title. Each record in the PLA database shows the course identification number, organization, job name, course name, clock hours spent in the course, and the recommended number of credit hours to be awarded, split between upper level credit hours and lower level credit hours.
